When I purchased this book and I didn't know what to expect. But after reading it, I quite enjoyed it. I would like to see a part 2 to see how Ms. Daisy is fairing as the "feeding assistant." The sex scene at the breakfast table is hot! I would also like to see more on Hank the farm foreman as well. For anyone, who likes this topic of lactation and sex...I would recommend this short novella.

Weird, but in a good way

I came into this series quite by accident on the third book, having never really considered how sexy lactation could be. As soon as I finished that book I couldn't help but check out the others, and I wasn't disappointed. In this opener to the series we're introduced to Daisy, Farmer Jones and their weird and wonderful world.

Let's not kid around here. This is... strange, and far from the themes found in the rest of my bookshelf. That said, there's just something about these books that grab my attention and keep me reading and rereading them. If you're looking for something a little off the wall but deeply erotic you should definitely check this out. You might be surprised by how much you lose yourself in the story.

I needed this book for an ethics class that I just finished a few days ago. The consepts that are in the book are awesome. It's on a college level but it's not like you have to decode every sentence to understand it. All and all, good book and the seller I got it from was awesome as well.

I have been working my way through this book and it is SOOOOO BRILLIANT! I am a true beginner and the videos that come with this are FABULOUS! I am a visual person and so NEEEEED the videos. Once I have watched the video I go to the chapter and it has even more to show you but because you have watched the video you know what they are talking about =D I truly wish I could give this 10 stars!!!!

This is a text book for a college course in image editing. I love the Digital Classroom books! I always buy these books for class instead of using the online versions on the university website so I can continue learning these Adobe products on my own time after I finish the class. The included DVD tutorials really help and unlike some other instructional books which provide only online tutorials, these tutorials do not expire.

It also explores novel applications of extreme value modeling, including financial investments, insurance and financial risk management, weather and climate disasters, clinical trials, and sports statistics.

Risk analyses related to extreme events require the combined expertise of statisticians and domain experts in climatology, hydrology, finance, insurance, sports, and other fields. This book connects statistical/mathematical research with critical decision and risk assessment/management applications to stimulate more collaboration between these statisticians and specialists.

About the Author

Jun Yan is a professor in the Department of Statistics at the University of Connecticut. He was previously an assistant professor at the University of Iowa. He received a Ph.D. in statistics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His research interests include spatial extremes, copulas, survival analysis, estimating equations, clustered data analysis, statistical computing, and applications in public health and environment.

Dipak K. Dey is a Board of Trustees Distinguished Professor in the Department of Statistics and associate dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Connecticut. He is an elected fellow of the International Society for Bayesian Analysis and American Association for the Advancement of Science, an elected member of the Connecticut Academy of Arts and Sciences and International Statistical Institute, and a fellow of the American Statistical Association and Institute of Mathematical Statistics. Dr. Dey is a co-editor and co-author of several books, including the Chapman & Hall/CRC Bayesian Modeling in Bioinformatics and A First Course in Linear Model Theory. His research interests include Bayesian analysis, bioinformatics, biostatistics, computational statistics, decision theory, environmental statistics, multivariate analysis, optics, reliability and survival analysis, statistical shape analysis, and statistical genetics.

As a real estate professional and knowing that most how-to-do-it books rarely tell it like it really is, I was skeptical when purchasing this book; however, it quickly became apparent that the writer knew what he as talking about! The book is a "must have" for anyone in real estate whether they have been an agent for a month or 10 years. It is written in plain english and effectively outlines ways to make money in the real estate business. I feel so strongly that this book can make a huge and positive influence on real estate agents, I have placed the book in my office and agents sign it out for a week at a time. I also brief passages in the book at my weekly Business Meetings. A very superbly written book!

A read for newer agents to have in their library. If you have read all the Gary Keller & Robert Kyosaki books...all the Zig Zigler and Carnegie books, this won't so much for you. But if you are new to the game of real estate, this is a great book for helping to create your "Work Matrix"...your system both mentally and logistically. It was an affirmation for me personaly that I had the kind of work matrix that made the most of my time and gave me the most ROI. Don't have a plan?...now you do!

The Adventures of Asterix (French: Asterix or Asterix le Gaulois) is a series of French comic books written by Rene Goscinny and illustrated by Albert Uderzo (Uderzo also took over the job of writing the series after the death of Goscinny in 1977). The series first appeared in French in the magazine Pilote on 29 October 1959. As of 2008, 33 comic books in the series have been released.
The series follows the exploits of a village of ancient Gauls as they resist Roman occupation. They do so by means of a magic potion, brewed by their druid, which gives the recipient superhuman strength. The protagonist, the titular character, Asterix, along with his friend Obelix have various adventures. In many cases, this leads them to travel to various countries around the world, though other books are set in and around their village. For much of the history of the series (Volumes 4 through 29), settings in Gaul and abroad alternated, with even-numbered volumes set abroad and odd-numbered volumes set in Gaul, mostly in the village.
The Asterix series is one of the most popular Franco-Belgian comics in the world, with the series being translated into over 100 languages, and it is popular in most European countries.
The success of the series has led to the adaptation of several books into 11 films; eight animated, and three with live actors. There have also been a number of games based on the characters, and a theme park near Paris, Parc Asterix, is themed around the series. To date, 325 million copies of 33 Asterix books have been sold around the world making co-creators Rene Goscinny and Albert Uderzo France's bestselling authors abroad.
